Yummy Homemade Coleslaw

Okay, so, we needed to come up with a side dish to have with dinner the other day, and my mom said "Why don't you make coleslaw?" So, I did! This was completely experimental, and I came up with this recipe with her help, and it was amazing!

Things You'll Need:

Half a Head of Green Cabbage (Red works fine too)

A knife

A large bowl

Spatula

Half an onion

1/2 Tsp. Dill

1 Tsp. Salt

2 C. Mayonnaise

1/4 C. Bread N' Butter pickle juice

2 Carrots (we didn't have any but you can always add one or two)

1 Tsp. Black pepper

1/8 C. Pyure stevia sweetener (We prefer to use Stevia, but you can always use what you want, you'd just have to adjust it to taste..)

Chop up the cabbage into fairly small pieces and add it to your large bowl. Chop the onion into pretty small pieces and add it too. Add your dill, salt, pepper, pickle juice, and sweetener. Add the mayonnaise, and stir well using your spatula. (We didn't have time to put it in the fridge for a while, but you might do that if you have time.)

This fed all five of us and we actually had leftovers. You can double the recipe if you need to. Enjoy!

Goodbye for now,

Kyra :)
