My Newest Endeavor

You may have noticed a "Store" section on my blog and are wondering about it, well you're about to know why it's there!

Everyone has a purpose. Everyone has a calling and a job that only they can do. I have recently realized that I have a calling to be a Doula. If you don't know what a doula is, they help an expecting mother during birth and help them adjust to having a new baby in their home, whether it's their first baby or their tenth. I started this campaign to raise money for certification. Having this education would allow me to help expecting mothers and their families. 

I have been told my whole life and discovered it to be true that when you pay for something yourself and work towards it, it makes you appreciate it that much more. For example, I saved up all of the money that I needed to take Driver's Ed, and now that I have my permit, I feel accomplished and proud that I was able to do that for myself.   So, brainstorming ways to earn money for my certification, I came across Bonfire and was so excited. I chose this as my way to earn money because I want to promote the initial message of my blog by promoting self-worth according to scripture, as well as making money to achieve my goals. These shirts are not only a great addition to your wardrobe, but they're also a wonderful way to share the word and encourage others.
